All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and approved e-wallets. Withdrawals are sent only to verified accounts held in your own name.
Bonuses are credited subject to wagering requirements. Abuse of promotions — including multi-accounting or bonus-hunting — will result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.
byd180 operates provably fair games. Cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated tools is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent banning and fund seizure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. byd180 will never ask for your password. Enable two-factor authentication for additional account protection.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which byd180 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under those applicable laws.

Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and byd180 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the byd180 platform at byd180.cam, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on byd180, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Restriction: byd180 operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. Any winnings accrued on an under-age account will be forfeited in full.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate, shared, or syndicated accounts are prohibited. The following obligations apply throughout the registration process and the lifetime of your Account:
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia (or applicable jurisdiction), email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorised by you. byd180 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
byd180 permits one Account per physical address, IP address, device, or payment method. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing these identifiers, byd180 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
Indonesian Members' Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversions may apply if deposits are made in a different currency; conversion rates are determined by byd180 at the time of transaction.
As part of our international licensing obligations and responsible gaming commitments, byd180 operates a robust Know Your Customer programme. You may be required to submit verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

Transfers initiated outside banking hours may take up to the next available banking session to clear. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly.
You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited to byd180 originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards, or borrowed funds are strictly prohibited. byd180 reserves the right to return funds and suspend the Account if third-party funding is detected.
Withdrawals may only be requested once your Account has passed KYC verification. Funds must originate from completed wagers, not solely from deposited amounts redirected immediately to withdrawal. byd180 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your own name — BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri. byd180 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not previously used for deposit on your Account.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts during operational hours. Same-day processing is available for Gold-tier loyalty members. byd180 does not guarantee specific processing times during public holidays in Indonesia, peak periods, or when additional verification is required. Users should allow up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
byd180 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your bank may apply interbank transfer fees. byd180 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.
byd180 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, and togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) — may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Each bonus is eligible to be claimed once per Account, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. byd180 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or cancel any bonus credited in error or obtained through misrepresentation.
The following activities are considered abuse of the byd180 bonus system and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure:
byd180 operates a three-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Points are earned on qualifying wagers and may be redeemed for bonus credits, cashback, or enhanced withdrawal limits. Tier benefits are subject to change at byd180's reasonable discretion with 14 days' notice to affected Members.
byd180 offers sports betting including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup. Bet types include Asian handicap (voor bola — the most popular format among Indonesian bettors), Over/Under, 1X2, Both Teams To Score, and mix parlay (accumulator) options. All bets are subject to the specific rules communicated in the betting interface at the time of placement.
byd180 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform displays a confirmation reference number. byd180 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from technical errors.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. byd180 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice due to event developments, data feed issues, or regulatory requirements. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
Casino and live dealer games are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate and rules. byd180 is not liable for software malfunctions attributable to the game provider, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes with providers on your behalf.
If you believe a betting result or game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with byd180 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed. byd180's decision, following investigation, is final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from byd180.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, byd180, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages are not permitted, byd180's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. In no event shall byd180's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Legal Note: byd180 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act 1867 predates online gaming and its application to offshore internet platforms remains legally ambiguous. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.
byd180 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, byd180 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, the confirmed Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you within 14 business days.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting byd180 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their natural outcome and any withdrawable Balance will be transferred to your verified bank account after standard processing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which byd180 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body selected by byd180.
Nothing in this clause prevents byd180 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
byd180 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
